How You ll Make an Impact What You ll Do: Provide L2 and L3 technical assistance for issues across our environment. Write training how- to guides and manuals to document all internal procedures. Become deeply familiar with all aspects of our IT stack. Maintain daily performance and monitoring of computer systems. Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems. Administration of G Suite, Active Directory, Jamf, AzureAD, and other tools. Project planning and management to develop the company s IT needs during a time of rapid growth. Participation in the long- term strategies and planning for security, technical architecture, and operations. About You: 6- 10 years of relevant experience. Established reputation as a high integrity, top performer. Experienced with JIRA and Confluence. Solid understanding of Okta, G Suite, Active Directory, SaaS apps, and how they interoperate. Experience managing Mac systems in a work environment. Experience with creating packages and policies in Jamf. Experience with VoIP and Cisco Devices. Experience managing services and infrastructure from the cloud as we have very few hosted on- premise. Eagerness to tune, tweak, and improve our corporate and desktop infrastructure. Experience with vendor relations, product evaluations, and an excellent track record of doing ones due diligence to ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner. Experience mentoring and training teammates. Experience leading projects from start to finish.Bonuses: Talented, but humble passionate about getting better every day. Start- up experience
