    Senior Lead Business Analyst Payment Domain

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Excellent requirement gathering skills in the Cards & Payment domain
    • Prepare requirement gathering plan and trace requirements until UAT
    • Prepare gap analysis plan & approach
    • Identify the key stakeholders , capture objectives & set expectation
    • Efficient in conducting meetings , interviews & workshops with business teams
    • scientific techniques to arrive at functional and non-functional requirements from Business
    • Document the requirement for business signoff
    • Prepare detail SRSUser stories for Development team
    • Prior working experience in Agile methodology
    • Experience with industry tools on requirement management
    • Review the test scenarios & test cases
    • Support the internal teams from functionalbusiness perspective during UAT
    • Gather quality data on industry movement & competitors , research prospective clients & their background
    • Research Payments Domain to come up with relevant solution offerings
      • Should have good experience in retail Card & payment domain
      • Good understanding of Card transaction processing and authorization systems
      • Good understanding of ISO 8583 messaging specification , transaction processing & security concepts
      • Familiarity with VisaMasterCard processes & Certification
      • Good understanding of Card Issuing & Acquiring domain with focus on Prepaid , EFT Switch & PG
      • Good understanding of new concepts in payments like EMV , Tokenization , Wallets , ISO20022 , Biometric etc.
