Job Description

SENIOR MANAGER QUALITY - PUNE LOCATION ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Quality Manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organizations Quality Management System (QMS) & Team management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Ensure that the organizations Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organizations services
  • Lead a team of Quality analysts and team leads.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Conducting Calibrations within Client, Operations & QA team to ensure we are 100% calibrated with client.
  • Preparing monthly process review and interacting with the process owners for setting evaluation goals for the QAs
  • Analyzing the assigned projects and distributed tasks to the members as per their area of expertise.
  • Calibration & QC for all the QA data processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in any stream. Post Graduate preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality Management with reputed MNCs, Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods, along with hands on experience in handling large team size. PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Proven experience as quality manager with an eye for detail and a result driven approach
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
  • Leadership & Team management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
