Principal Duties Responsibilities: Executive - Plating would be responsible for daily plating related activities in plating area. The incumbent is expected to work as a part of production team to support in plating activities. Responsible for Gold removal gold collection from the Plating area. Identifying cost reduction or process improvement opportunities. Key Competencies and Skills: Effectively use the plating systems (Electroplating , Pen plating Bath plating) Handling 15 - 20 number of manpower on daily basis with 100% efficiency Familiarity with production environment Knowledge of Excel ERP System would be an additional advantage Excellent influencing leadership skills for motivating employees Moderate written and verbal communication skills are a must Should have good project and people management skills Key Skills:,
