Our Data and Analytics (DnA) team is working to increase data literacy, access to governed data marts, and BI Self Service. We are currently seeking an individual to oversee our outsourced Analytics support team as well as provide process leadership for our Change and Release process and serve as an improvement leader. Nature and Scope This position has oversight and will be the single point of contact to our outsourced support team for Analytics and Business Intelligence. In this role you will ensure the support team is focused on priorities and act as the Air Products advocate to influence or escalate any support issues. In addition, as the Change and Release process lead, you will coordinate team software release activities and ensure process adherence. Lastly, as the Improvement lead you will find and lead improvement activities that improve team efficiency and effectiveness. • SAP HANA Enterprise
• QlikView and Qlik Sense
• Automic (UC4) Enterprise job scheduler

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide leadership and direction to outsourced Analytics support team
  • Set priorities, manage escalations
  • Manage service level agreements
  • Coordinate process improvements
  • Facilitate two - way communications for both Air Products and Support team
• Analytics Change and Release lead
  • Coordinate software release activities for Analytics team using ServiceNow
  • Be the team expert on change and release processes, provide direction and training as needed
  • Represent the Analytics team with the larger Air Products change and release community
• Process Improvement Lead
  • Using experience gained from the primary roles of support team lead and change and release lead, suggest and execute process and procedure changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Analytics team
  • Examples include removing repetitive manual tasks or improving the reliability or speed of the job plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4 yr College Degree required; Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology field or related technical discipline preferred
• 5+ years experience as a developer or support team member in the Analytics Business Intelligence field
• Demonstrated strength in process development, process adherence, and process improvement
• Effective analytical, conceptual, leadership and problem - solving skills
• Must be organized, disciplined, and task/goal oriented
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct line responsibility
• Able to prioritize and coordinate work through interpretation of high - level goals and strategy
• Effective team player with a positive attitude
• Strong oral and written English language communications skills
• Experience working in global organization is a plus
• SAP BW/HANA and SAP ECC experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of QlikView or Qlik Sense is a plus
• Chinese or Spanish speaking is a plus
