Who isAble to work independently on designing solutions to fit customer requirments translating it to product functionality Able to support FLEXCUBE / Middleware Implemenattion Able to learn new techonolgies/architectural patterns Be appraised of industry trends ( banking and tech) Travels to client locations as per project requirements Primary Skill- Excellent knowledge in Middleware, Integration area, Expertise in Java and J2EE, Strong working Experience in Web Services, EJB, Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking and new products in the Banking FamilySecondary Skilss Adaptive and flexible, positive attitude Excellent Customer Orientation . 12-13 years of s/w implementation experience
