Job Description

  • Account opening, maintenances & processing of customer Instructions within the agreed TAT
Core Responsibilities:
  • Meeting required productivity targets and an error free processing
  • Adherence to regulatory guidelines while processing client instructions
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Core processing of Account opening, maintenances & customer instructions
  • Error free processing & being highly productive
  • QA of account opening form and KYC documents (ID and Address proof)
  • Data entry of forms & client instructions
  • Deduce and Screening checks on system
  • Preparation of MIS
  • Post account opening maintenance
  • Tracking of document deferrals & document archival post completion
  • Scanning of documents in the workflow
  • Liaise with branches
  • Handle branch & customer queries
, Education:
  • Graduate
Preferred:
  • Graduate with relevant experience
Experience:
  • Must be a graduate with minimum 0-2 years of working experience in banking processing role, part of any domestic consumer Banking operations
Preferred:
  • Experience in handling backend operations
Skills:
  • Good Communication Skills written and spoken
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Candidate should have Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Preferred:
  • Candidates with strong expertize on domain
Certifications:Preferred:
  • NISM certification (however associates has to complete the same within 30 days of joining the unit, else they would be released from the team)
