Job Description

We re specifically looking for business owners: product managers who think holistically about the product and who can function as mini CEO s of their product lines, with complete ownership over project plans, deliverables timelines, specs, user experience, business cases, customer validation, and usage metrics.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management.
  • Passion for crypto and blockchain.
  • Adept in Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver customer and vendor-facing products.
  • Responsible for value proposition definition and communications, product differentiation, cost/benefit analysis and executive presentations.
  • Creative spark in product innovation, product management and finding ways to get things done.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated strength at building relationships, highly motivated, strong sense of urgency and ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a flair for getting people excited.
  • Team player, with proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Flexible. Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Willing to try and fail and then try and fail again, to find successes.
  • A keen focus on the mini things that make big things happen over time.
