This role requires excellent communications and organization skills. Ability to juggle scheduling for multiple sites and large number of simultaneous migrations. Ability to work with customer and Atos PM to manage strategies to aggressively deliver global migration projects. Migration services process analysts are responsible for the refresh deliverable process and requirements setup. You will define, manage and track service/support requirements, deliverables, program schedules, and milestones for programs under the project managers. Specific responsibilities of the position include working with the Atos refresh functional groups to develop, document and communicate business model requirements, processes, and tools. Some of the required responsibilities are: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Interface with technical teams to ensure issues are logged and followed through Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests SQL queries, views SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report creation Power BI Data Modeling /Reporting Experience with MS Office and web tools (HTML, Outlook) Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet the project goals and deliverables. The candidate will have experience with analytics concepts and tools. Experience with data analysis tools a plus. Experience in a business analyst role desired. Familiarity with the software processes and web technologies. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications. Creative approach to problem solving.
