As a quality assurance automation engineer at the Incedo Cyber Security Center of Excellence in Pune you will be working on the products and solutions in the domain of cyber security providing fundamental security controls for a leading cyber security firm in USA. Tripwire delivers advanced threat protection, security and compliance solutions, enabling enterprises, government agencies and service providers to confidently detect, prevent and respond to cybersecurity threats to their business.This position is a hands-on contributor role. Working as part of a small team you will participate in test creation, test execution, documentation, and demonstration activities, building innovative new security components and services that comprise Tripwire s Agent platform. This platform is the foundation of Tripwire s enterprise security solutions. Primary Skills We use Python. You must be very good in Python. Our products run on Linux, Windows and multiple UNIX flavors. Our ideal candidate has experience targeting a broad range of operating systems. You must have test experience on Linux and UNIX environments. Experience creating test strategies that ensure comprehensive, pragmatic, and scalable testing approaches. Experience designing and debugging tests that measure performance and functionality under scale and load. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers. Desire to work in an agile team that strives to be great, is politely self-critical, and continuously improves. Effective working in a lightly structured environment, taking responsibility to helping to define requirements, rapidly prototype ideas and define multiple implementation options.Secondary Skills Experience in security industry. Familiarity with continuous integration products like Team City and Jenkins. Familiarity with Vagrant, Chef, and Docker. Problem solving mind and attitude Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers Effective communication skills written, spoken, listening and presentation Great Team player and experience working with global teams and global organizations Genuine interest in learning and knowledge sharing,
