The role involves a lot of coordination, communication and project management skills. Required Experience and Skills:a. 6 years of performance testing experience with at least 4 years of it involving HP Load Runner (mandatory)b. Experience in analysing system parameters and load parameters. Strong analytical skills is a must.c. Should be able to perform load designing.d. Experience in JUnit. e. Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance testing and monitoring tools (at least one each) HP Load Runner v12.5, HP Performance Center12.5, HP Vugen, and HP Analysis tool, Introscope, or Dynatracef. Testing Coordination experience 65533 Full understand of End to End performance test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System admins.g.
