Job Description

Designation- Executive/ Sr. ExecutiveDepartment- SalesReporting to- GM Sales/ HODQualification- Any GraduateExperience- 2 to 6 YearsGender- AnySalary- Rs.30000/- to Rs.45000/- PMPerks-

Responsibilities-
  1. Ensure generation of leads through multiple channels such as Channel Partners, Loyalty & referrals through existing customers, Corporates, Local market activations etc.
  2. Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project
  3. Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries so as to maximize sales conversions
  4. Coordinate with other functions viz. Customer Care, Project Management Group, Legal on customer queries
  5. Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients)
  6. Develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration
  7. Negotiate and close deals with customers
  8. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company requirements
  9. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing/potential customers
