What you will be doing:OIC Plan setup and Configuration for regions utilizing OICCreate Rate DimensionCreate Rate TableCreate ExpressionsCreate FormulasCreate Plan ElementsSet up Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) tool for new yearSet up and Role Plan MappingCreate revenue class hierarchy and rule setUpload:Revenue Class/ProductsProduct HierarchyClassify Ruleset Upload ProcessUpdate rule set and join conditionsCreate compensation plans in OICCreate reportsUser Acceptance (UAT) for Service Provider initiated activityRegular operational reporting and driving actions. This role will be first level support for issues sent to the GEO Comp Leads/tracking and operational reporting and tracking acceptance of comp plans specially at beg of year.What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:At least 6 years in a fast pace environment and working in the tech industry. Must have a college degree.Familiarity with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) ToolExperience with Commissions ProcessMust be able to accomplish tasks and goals in a timely and efficient mannerMust have the following:Personal skills - Solid personal strengths to provide a good foundation for developing project skills. For example: having self-confidence can help achieve realistic goals.
