Job Description

  • Application operation of Amdocs Ensemble CSM,UPS and Amdocs CRM
  • Solve incident & problem ticketsand work orders from the 1st level and other departments
  • Daily health checks with accuracy
  • Able to put robust monitoring to catch issues at earliest
  • Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds
  • Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
  • Should also accomplish on call support for system during peak times
  • Should be able to handle job failures and provide quickworkarounds
  • Support migration of new & changed software, elaborate and perform production checks
  • Should get cross skilled similar applications
  • Ensure correct, timely and complete availability of CSM and CRM systems and all southbound subsystems (Incident- and problem-management)
  • Ensure orders are flowing through and maintenance of related KPIs
  • Take knowledge transition, create high quality E2E documentation of newly implemented system
  • Train others to create pool of SMEs
  • Should collaborate and go beyond scope of work to understand complete end to end system
  • Expert in troubleshooting of complex productions issues in quick time inhigh pressure environment
  • Write complex Shell Scripts
  • Write complex PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data
  • Design and maintain high class monitoring systems around CSM and CRM
  • Work on service-requests tickets from the user departments
  • Interfaces to Front ends system, development and reference data-department
  • Teamwork in an international team
  • To come up with ideas to enhance the existing system
