Job Description

Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs RLC, Product Catalogue
Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and otherdepartments
Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds
Addressing,coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
Should also accomplish on call support for system during peak times

Should be able to handle job failures and provide quick workarounds

Ensure timely rating of CDRs, handle rejects and backlog.
Maintain RLC application.
Write Shell/Perl/Python Scripts
Write complex PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data
Work on service-requests tickets from the userdepartments
Interfaces to network-, development- and reference data-department
Teamwork in aninternational team
