Develop & test all components of complex, enterprise grade Java based back end applications that are used with a mobile and/ or web based front end applications Learn and perform similar role on at least one other technology relevant to ThinkHospitality Technologies business which is multi- platform application development for hotels Hit the road running right after joining ThinkHospitality Technologies Become part of the core team and grow the delivery team (with potential to lead it) by helping with training suitable talent on various Java based technologies Work within the professional and ethical parameters set by company. Mentor juniors well and build independent, productive , efficient team. Approximately 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Building enterprise class Java (and related latest technologies and tools, described mainly in Key Skills (Technologies) section) web based SaaS based applications that work with mobile/ web based applications Doing so for applications that are in revenue management software s Experience in working in agile and continuous integration environments using tools like JIRA Ready to work in a small startup company,
