Staff Software Engineera) Experience in one or many of the following languages with a focus on geospatial understanding (c#, Python, Arcade)b) Significant experience in taking user requirements and converting them into deliverable functionalitiesc) Very strong communication skillsd) Willingness to lead through example2. Senior Service Engineer - Healtha) Understanding of Azure Telemetry toolb) Solid foundations in dashboarding and visualizing large volumes of data conciselyc) Experience in MS Power Platform is a plusd) Deep understanding of the underlying technology behind esri server based tool sets including the telemetry APIse) Understanding of Python and PowerShell for system monitoring3. Senior Service Engineer Triagea) Experience in taking in customer feedback, requests, and issues and assigning them to the appropriate resources (Triage)b) Deep understanding of administration of geospatial server based technologies and their underlaying conceptsc) Experience coordinating with customers to setup outage windows and down times to accommodate upgrades and maintenance.d)Experience Essential(Common to all 3 profiles)BS degree in computer science or related field.Deep and hands-on experience designing, planning, implementing, maintaining and documenting reliable and scalable data infrastructure and data products in complex cloud environments.Experience in using Geospatial systems in a cloud environment and understanding how it interacts with other cloud native systems.Strong foundation in database concepts and operations.Understanding of deployment practices around micro-services.Exposure to adjacent domains such as platforms, storage, databases, etc. You know your way around a command-line.Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in technologies across all data lifecycle stages.Good knowledge and understanding of modern development methodologies (Agile using Scrum and/or Kanban).Good stakeholder management and ability to lead large organizations through influence.Continuous learning and improvement mindset.No prior experience in the energy industry required.Strong and proactive communication skills.Flexible to work in odd hours if required.Having good analytical skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel, etc.).Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability.Strong customer focused.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.Must have good time management skills.History of creating effective support documentation.Location : PuneDuration : 6-12 months
