Essential:1. Experience with CAN stack, SPI, LIN and Flash Bootloader integration, OSEK OS, or diagnosticmanagement2. Hardware background (ability to read/understand ECU schematic, identify HW-SW integration issues)3. Automotive experience either at work or university, such as Formula SAE or SAE EcoCar4. Experience in AUTOSAR Basic Software configuration5. Embedded C/C++ software experience in Real Time Operating System environment6. Experience in Matlab/Simulink / Target Link / Embedded Coder (MBD)7. Experience with ETAS, INCA, CANoe, CANAnlayzer8. Experience implementing Embedded Real-Time Controls and Software solutions9. Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and/or vehicle subsystems10. Experience working in cross functional teams11. Familiarity with microprocessor-based controls and development tools (emulators, debuggers, etc.)12. Experience in simulation/virtual methodologies and/or toolsDesirable:1. Experience in programming / scripting language(s)2. Adherence to a defined software development process3. Experience in software verification / validation including white box, black box and gray box testing4. Experience using data acquisition tools5. Familiarity of industry standard process framework models (ASPICE, ISO 26262)Protocols: CAN, LIN, UDS, KWPGood leadership with team building skills.Good communication Skills
