Ability to plan SDLC and own & drive towards quality delivery, FTR, CTQ and CSFs. tResponsible for developing standards for development in Visualforce, CMS, Apex, Java, AJAX, NodeJS, AngularJS, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. tTechnical leadership, setting best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and management of technical debt. tApplication Security including Information security principles & realization, Web app security, OWASP & PCI DSS Compliance (Security Design & Technology Skills) tHands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies with, REST APIs, Angular 7 and above, HTML, JS, JSON, Postgres, microservices architecture and Spring boot framework working experience is must tHands on experience in developing (and test) all new cloud-ready code using Java,Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API and other technologies with strong OO concepts with RDBMS DB (Postgres). tExperience building mission-critical applications based on Micro services Architecture; distributed systems architecture; RESTful APIs & web development tExperience on integration using external third party libraries and APIs, payment gateways, CI understanding tExpertise and advanced skills in designing, analysing, troubleshooting, implementing large-scale ,robust solutions systems that perform faultlessly at scale, with high availability resilience tAbility to innovate and develop new approaches to complex design problems and experience leading design efforts and providing technical leadership to developers tExpert in full stack Java development, design patterns, unit testing, debugging and POCs. tWork with PMT, TPM, PO & software engineering team to translate requirements to architecture, design & implementations. tDrive high-quality and clean code standards across the team and perform code reviews. tWorking experience of Jenkins, CI/CD and bitbucket/Git tAutomates and simplifies team development, test, deployment, and operations processes. tDocuments applications and can train new team members on how the team s software is constructed, operated and fits into the bigger picture. tParticipate in code review of key functionalities or architectural aspects. tExecute and own the low level design activities collaborating with consultant and engineering Team. tParticipate & contribute in Product kick off sessions & Requirement workshops for Direction and course correction tPerform knowledge sharing and coaching, mentoring tParticipate & contribute in talent acquisition and recruitment activities tProvide guidance to teams on development standards, automation and tools tEstablish coding standards for enterprise web based application solutions. Follow design and development methodologies to drive feature velocity, quality and predictability.All about You tBachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or Master s degree in related discipline tSoftware development, design & architecture experience of medium to complex applications with enterprise grade software solutions tExperience of building services on cloud platform such as PCF tHands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies with Spring boot framework, REST APIs, JSON, NoSQL data bases, Hibernate, Messaging, front end technologies CSS, HTML, AngularJS or similar framework, Web & Application Server tHands on experience in developing (and test) all new cloud-ready code using Java,Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API and other technologies with strong OO concepts with RDBMS DB (Postgres). tApplication Security including information security principles and realization, web app security and PCI DSS Compliance tExperience in implementing CI/CD build pipelines with tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Artifactory and Chef tStrong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and business tSoftware development, design & architecture experience in enterprise grade software solutions. tDetailed experience at developing enterprise grade distributed and reactive systems tExperience designing solutions for large scale deployments including large enterprises or service providers, banking or payment solutions. tExperience with web application development, and internet-related cloud technology development. tDeep understanding of, a practical experience with developing enterprise app for mobile responsive web platform. tConsiderable experience on device frameworks and device development is desirable. tA deep understanding of technical solution and software patterns (including architectural & design patterns) at various levels.Other Personal Attributes tEnjoy challenging and thought provoking work and have a strong desire to learn and progress (motivated enough to self-learn) tAbility to pick up new technology independently tBe able to work under constraints and multi-task while remaining professional and courteous tExceptional ability to analyse problems and to propose innovative but workable solutions tOpen minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people s opinions. tInterpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over the phone and via email with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required. tExcellent verbal and written skills ARE A MUSTDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
