The team manages multiple platforms, which enable innovative use cases that push the boundaries of the prepaid industry for both traditional and non-traditional clients. The Senior Specialist, Product Development will assume tactical tasks related to the ongoing development of these platforms.Role: tAct as a Product Owner for two (2) scrum teams, following SAFe practices and principles tCollaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and define the what during product development tWork with the Engineering team to help define and elaborate epics, features and user stories tManage prioritization of the product backlog to be continually aligned to business value tResponsible for requirement gathering, backlog maintaining and running sprints as per SAFe agile processes tConduct product demos, provide product acceptance tWork with a cross-functional teams of architects, business analysts and engineers within the Operations & Technology division, ensuring timeliness and quality of product releases tAct as the platform expert, supporting technical discussions with internal stakeholders and external clients tSupport the integration of external providers into the platformAll About You: tB.E. /B.Tech. required, M.B.A preferred tFamiliarity with the payments ecosystem, with prepaid and/or FinTech industry knowledge/experience tStrong experience in a dynamic product management role tExcellent ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to both business and technical audiences tExperience in the SAFe/Agile software development lifecycle methodology tPartner with architects, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture on key technical decisions and solution design tExperience in working and interacting with client facing, technology team and project management teams tA strong desire to be a life-long learner, exploring new things and ways of thinkingDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
