We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleSenior Specialist API Implementation Overview Responsible for all aspects of customer implementation engagements, including consultancy, training, project management, testing, and customized production configurations for existing and new customers Accountable for integrating new RSPs into the network which supports and improve the payment SLA. Partners with Network team, Customer Delivery and O&T to customize specific implementation plans while providing technical and product expertise to customers pre and post launch. Takes the lead as the primary interface between the customer and MasterCard during technical implementations where project complexity is tailored to meet unique customer needs and make sure MasterCard standards, processes and best practices are followed.Roles : Manages medium-sized integration projects and/or initiatives as an individual contributor with knowledge of the discipline, supporting segments of several initiatives or one larger initiative Sells training services to customers, with guidance; gains exposure to information gathering from service arms Reviews results of customer queries, providing solutions and/or details to technical questions Oversees testing for production readiness, identifies areas in need of additional testing and suggests improvements for greater efficiency Identifies technical configuration/production setup changes and provides first-round solutions to any potential issues reported by Transmission team. Assists in setting vision for product development; identifies QC measures and make sure Quality of integrations needed for product launch Coaches and guides employees within own team(s)All About You : Experience with computing configurations (e.g., designing, testing, troubleshooting). Experience in enabling interface connections between different organizations or systems preferred. Experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial/Remittance Services Sector is preferred. Good understanding of API interfaces, different connection methods and requirements. Analytical skills for supporting production issues and forecasting errors with customer implementation. Successfully performed trouble-shooting for infrastructure performance and stability issues. Successfully oversaw testing of API connections. Experience identifying QC measures and process improvements; successfully completes transaction processing.Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. Skills/ Abilities: Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and can function in an independent environment. Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. Possesses strong communication skills -- both verbal and written and strong relationship, collaborative skills, and organizational skills.
