Job Purpose Statement
This position is required to perform development on the RES UI front and support operational efficiency, lifecycle, cost savings, cost avoidance & production support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible to work with stakeholders to understand the complex requirements, and to design & implement the solution within defined timeliness.
2. Should be able to produce clean, efficient code based on functinalities & specifications agreed with stakeholders.
3. Recommend and execute improvements.
4. Participate in on-going lifecycle projects.
5. Perform peer code review.
6. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently troubleshoot, debug, maintain and upgrade existing software
7. Provide direct operational support on RES & participate during enviroment outages after normal business hours.
8. Assist on production issues & bug fixes
9. Follow and assist in maintaining detailed documentation including how-to, implementation procedures and any operations required documentation.
10. Training junior users.
Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge)
-Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
-Certified Scrum Master.
1. 10 years of experience as full stack developer
2. Hands-on experience in Python language, along with any web development frameworks like Django / TurboGears / Flask / Pyramid
3. Hands on experience in UI development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, along with any frameworks like AngularJS / React / Backbone / Ember etc.
4. Good understanding of the database concepts(SQL) and exposure to any database like MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQLite etc.
5. Should have good understanding of the operating system and its concepts, especially on a UNIX based system
