What you will be doing:You will be a member of a Product Engineering team delivering on the strategic road-map of an enterprise scale product. The team imbibes Agile Values and Principles. You will work with cross functional teams within engineering, product management, customer and usability groups. Youll have the opportunity to develop thorough understanding of eDiscovery domain and influence product road-map. What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:Technical skills - Strong QA automation skills and experience, knowledge of 2-3 frameworks such as TestNG, Selenium, Autoit, JMeter, Webload, Cucumber etcEducation:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong academic record (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MS etc.).Experience:5+ years of experience of automation testing enterprise software with large scale data, dynamic web user interfaces, large SQL/NoSQL databasesExperience in scripting languages like Perl, Javascript. Hands on with Java and strong RDBMS and OOPs concepts.Experience in multiple automation types: API testing , Web services testing , Database testing and UI testingKnowledge of tools such as Ant/TestNG/SVN/Jira and hands-on experience with 2-3 industry leading test automation tools such as Selenium, Load runner, Autoit, JMeter, Webload, Cucumber, QTPExcellent communication skills and team player.Ability to work with Senior SQA engineers to implement automated test plans and develop new test cases.Experience in performance and load testing using performance tools would be an added advantage.Responsibilities:Work as an individual contributor in an Agile scrum team responsible for enterprise scale product supporting distributed architecture.Participate in discussions during design phase and PoC new ideas/suggestions; During execution refactor/ develop new unit/system/integration tests.Collaboratively decide and implement test strategies that give the best ROI for the feature.Knowledge of Jira, git, Jenkins, CI/CDCollaborate with various disciplines within engineering and outside such as architecture team, product management, User experience, tech support and come up with innovative solutions.Work with support and customer-engineering to resolve escalations when needed.Lead and facilitate technical decisions; incorporate feedback and emergent patterns; ensure technical cohesion in test strategies.Work on team goals.Collaborate with management and work with peers and senior team members to help adopt agile development methodology in a distributed team.Develop a culture of continuous improvement and bias for action.Ability to meet team planned story points,
