Werelooking for a talented and motivated individual who is interested in growing theirsoftwaredevelopment skills.As a member of the EngineeringSolutions team,you will workin afast-paced environment collaborating withother engineers andteams in our business to deliverrobust solutions anda stunning customer experience.Your TeamIn this role, you will joinour Engineering Solutions teamdelivering solutionsfor PTCs Kepware line of products in the Industrial IoT space.Engineering Solutions is a dynamic team of highlyskilled engineerswhose task is to dive into customer issues, determine the root cause, and engineer a solution.The team is highly collaborative and works closelywithour Technical Support, Product Management, and TechnicalPre-Salesteams to create a stunning experience for our customers.Your Day-to-DayAs anewSenior Technical Lead in Engineering Solutions,you and a mentor will work together to develop innovative ways of solving our customers problems. You willbecome an expert debugger, asubject matter expert in many areas of ourproduct andwill work closely withboththeApplication Engineers on your team and theTechnical Support team to understand and troubleshoot customer problemsand deliverrobustsolutions.Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with customers and Technical Support to get to the rootcauseofissues.
  • Fix bugsand deliverhigh-quality solutionsto customersandbusinesspartners.
  • Innovate and bring a fresh perspective to theteam.

Basic qualifications
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
  • A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and design, data structures, multi-threaded development, and general debugging techniques.
  • Expertknowledge in one or more of the following languages: C++, C#, C,Java.
  • Understanding of or a desire to learnabout IndustrialAutomation including PLCs, factory automation software, and processautomation
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fieldand 4+ years of professional experience.
