We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to work with various business units across Tegra products on branching strategy, development workflows and release management.What you will be doing:
    • Manage a virtual team of branch Maintainers to monitor and improve the quality of CI integrations on main development branches.
    • You will work closely with Tegra business units to create efficient and aligned development and branching strategies to meet release milestones.
    • Lead the initiative to reduce intermittent failures affecting Continuous Integration (CI) workflows by working with module leads across Tegra products.
    • Work with QA organization to schedule QA testing on main development branches in order to maintain quality of software during high volume development cycles.
    • Manage and track pending integrations from release branches to main branch such that the backlog is kept low in preparation for creation of the next release branch.
    • Track Security vulnerabilities across all Tegra business units to ensure that vulnerabilities are prioritized and addressed.
    What we need to see:
    • Masters (preferred) or Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years of experience in Program/project management.
    • Experience working in large organizations with cross-functional responsibilities.
    • Strong understanding of Source Control Management (SCM) with Experience in SCM tools such as perforce, git.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Kubernetes.
    Ways to stand out from the crowd:
    • Program management certification/training is a plus.
    • Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau to track project metrics.
    • Experienced in Embedded product development.
