* Duties and Responsibilities - Drive preparation of long-range financial plans and annual operating plans of various businesses to forecast financial performance of the company in future Interact with function/ department heads to discuss business performance and identify profitability aspects of their business activities Identify revenue maximization and cost optimization opportunities basis preparation & analysis of monthly reports, profitability and productivity of all verticals and products to provide strategic inputs to the businesses Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analysis of business expansion opportunities based on new business partnerships, new products, geography or channel expansion Manage all campaign related expenses such as sales channel schemes and incentive schemes along with Sales and Human Resource to ensure optimization of expenses and growth in profitability Preparation of monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends Build and maintain relationship with various external stakeholders including group companies of BFS Support the Accounting function for audits and implementation of Internal Financial Controls frame work & designing and implementing SoP s for Finance function.
