* Duties and Responsibilities - Conceptualize, design and implement returns accretive health plans for eBH working with other product verticals and medical team Work with technology teams for periodic plans or recurring plans Handhold key stakeholders internal as well as external like customers, Doctors, labs etc. Work closely with Network team for designing product proposition -features, benefits and pricing Create and own 360 degree product lifecycle for type of plans concept, sales, customer experience/feedback and finetuning of product features/pricing We are open to close the position at a higher band (E05) basis candidature evaluation and job fit. , * Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence without authority Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and across multiple functional areas, regions, and cultures
