Requirement analysis, creating proposals, designing, development and testing web based applications, authoring project documentation including technical specifications, feature sets, etc; breaking down project tasks into phases and sub-tasks; evaluating new development technologies and tools and working with other programmers and project managers to meet a common development schedule. Collaborative, presentation, and client interface skills Ability to lead teams at the project level Requirements : BE/ BCS/ MCS/ MCM with 2-4 years of experience in ASP.NET Development Programming 2-4 years of related web development experience using Visual Studio 2003/ 2005, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, VB.NET, XML/ XSL, SQL Server, OOP, php, Java to develop web-based applications. STRONG Microsoft .Net Framework exposure/ skills Knowledge of IIS, Apache, SQL Server. XML Web Services Should be very good in designing databases. Experience authoring formal technical specifications and related documents Demonstrated ability to meet deliverable schedules An assertive personality, team spirit, attention to detail, excellent time management skills Ability and desire to thrive in a rapidly-changing, entrepreneurial environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong Analystical and problem solving skills are essential. Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as, the ability to work independently Knowledge AJAX will be plus.,
