Job Profile - Service Advisor 1.Service Advisor will lead team of Five / Six persons as required as per business volume. Two Technicians , One / Two Helpers , One Admin Assistant & One Driver (if required). 2.He has to interact with customers , understand vehicle complaints and repairs required. Accordingly explain and convince customer about jobs to be carried out , Spare , Lubes to be replaced and prepare estimate. 3.He will be responsible for scheduling and assigning the jobs to technicians , getting the same done in time with quality. 4.With the help of Admin Assistant he will prepare Job Cards , Maintaining Inventory , Generate Invoices , Procure Spare parts and all other spot requirements. 5.In short he will be sole In - charge and responsible for all operations pertaining at MSV (Mobile Service Van).
