This position is for Technology Service Management team supporting the platforms for multiple FIS Capital Markets Platforms.What you will be doingThis position provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems

• Day to day technical support of FIS s Prophet Professional and Enterprise platform
• Should have People Management Experience, handling at least 5 to 10 members in the team
• Support all technical aspects of FIS customer s distributed environment consists of technologies Citrix Xenapp, Microsoft Windows Server and Cloud
• Own and ensure the tickets such as incidents, service requests and change requests are serviced in an appropriate and timely manner
• Work closely with the client experience and application support teams to ensure the application availability and quick turnaround of issues
• Timely escalate issues to the next level or vendor
• Establish and use monitoring tools to manage and address environment issues in a proactive and timely manner
• Function as a primary / backup on a rotational basis for weekend on call and maintenance tasks
• Code deployment (Maintenance) / Release Implementation for multiple application
• Deploy code to UAT/QA and Production environments as instructed by Development and QA Group
• Apply Application updates/patches as required
• Work on delivering Projects & Other Assigned Tasks
• Contribute in the quarterly disaster tests for client with other infrastructure teams
• Take automation improvement initiatives to reduce manual tasks improving efficiencies

What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

• Extensive experience of supporting application environment on multitenant enterprise environments on public cloud
• Deploying applications updates/upgrades/fixes using scripts
• Troubleshooting of day to day application related production issues
• Experience in raising and implementing changes in production environment
• Hand on experience is documenting and reviewing standard operating procedures
• Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
• Knowledge of the financial services marketplace

Skills

• Expertise on Citrix Xenapp 7.x, Windows Server Administration and PowerShell scripting
• Exposure in administration and troubleshooting of public cloud AWS/Azure
• Skilled in Terraform to manage the cloud services
• Skilled in DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible
• Skilled in automating day today tasks using shell script and automation tools
• Exposure to ITIL based process practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Technology
• ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
• Citrix Certified Associate
• AWS Certified Associate Level
• Azure Certified Administrator Associate
• HashiCorp Infrastructure Automation Certification

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
