Job Description

BHS Corrugated India Private Limited is a Subsidiary of Foreign Company BHS Corrugated & the BHS India is incorporated on 11 May, 2011. The company is into the trading business of Corrugated machineries to India and providing the sales, service and application solutions to the Indian Customers. We are looking for ServiceManager from the Corrugation / Packaging Industry to work in India / Germany on the most advanced corrugation machines from BHS corrugated.   1. Providing legendary customer value by handling the team of the Service Engineers working for global customers and handling all the service interventions on corrugators independently.
  2. Being the ServiceManager responsible to make the team efficient enough tohandle the machine maintenance as well as repair operations and given customer satisfaction.
  3. Being the Leader of maintenance projects as supervisor and handling the overall Technical and procedural support of our customers.
  4. Ability to work in a team in dealing with our international customers and local BHSservice engineers team.
  5. To become the best service manager, I will ensure that I am ready to travel wherever required and will work as per the set procedures and rules, also will make sure that the breakdown time of the machine comes to zero.
  6. Being the Service Manager should be able to conduct trainings for the new service engineers and make them technically strong to handle the customers accordingly.
