What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will: Act as customer s local interface for service delivery and support for IMS Core Nodal Nodes (TAS,CFX,ENUM,FMCC and OTA ) and Cloud elements Network operations service as per defined SLAs.
    • PM & Technical audit of Planning tool, PP tool & SON
    • CM sign-off of Planning tool, PP tool , SON & Digital MAP
    • PM & Technical audit of DT tool
    • Network level all major KPI, user & Traffic monitoring for 2G, 3G & 4G
    • Proactive action with help of team in case of major KPI dip
    • BSC/RNC/Cluster/Cell level KPI dip RCA & Action plan as per customer requirement for 2G, 3G & 4G
    • Customer complaint handling as per BSNL team request
    • Pre-Post KPI monitoring post SW upgradation or any major changes
    • Parameter Audit & xml preparation as per customer request
    • Support in Frequency harmonization
    • Interworking parameter verification & correction as per customer request
    • Support to customer in xml preparation & in analysis in case of KPI dip post changes
    • TRAI KPI & Report preparation
    • SON module execution as per customer request
    • Support to customer in case of any issue in planning tool, PP tool, SON, DT tool & Digital MAP
    • Support to customer in Neighbour audit, neighbour addition & Neighbour deletion
