Job Description

Job Title:ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation:Pune / Hybrid/ Bangalore/Experience Required:5 to 8 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in ITSM and enterprise workflow platforms. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and ensuring scalable ServiceNow implementations aligned with platform best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirement gathering workshops independently with business stakeholders- Drive AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and optimization- Translate business requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and logical solution designs- Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams during implementation- Ensure scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions while avoiding over-customization- Support CMDB strategy, CI relationships, governance, and ServiceNow best practices- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies- Coordinate UAT activities including test scenarios and acceptance validation- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teamsRequired Skills:- 5 to 8 years of Business Analyst experience- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations- Strong expertise in ITSM modules- Knowledge of CMDB, CI relationships, and Service Catalog- Understanding of CSDM concepts- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills- Excellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred Skills:- Exposure to ITAM / HRSD / SPM modules- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITSM preferred)- Experience with UAT coordination and process optimizationQualification:- Graduate degree in IT / Engineering / Business or related fieldInterested candidates can share their updated resume.on Email ID: hidden_emailwhats app: hidden_mobileNote : Immediate Joiner or 30 Days Notice Period
