Job Description

    Analyzing development requirements Building and presenting solution designs Rapid prototyping, creating, enhancing and improving existing functionalities Maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation Taking part in development, testing and deployment activities Designing, developing and implementing Service Catalog, workflows, escalation model, support group, configure ITIL processes modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growthRESPONSIBILITIES: Working in an Agile team supporting the ServiceNow processes related to ITSM services. Being involved in both incident support and developing new functionalities according to Business requirements. Working as a developer who focuses on the improvement of ServiceNow backend to deliver the best user experience . Working closely with our architect and developers. REQUIREMENTS:5 years experience designing, creating, and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal).5 years experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.5 years experience creating, and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.5 years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.5 years experience developing applications working with ServiceNow Studio IDE. ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) is a plus but not required. Experience with working with ITSM / HRSD is preferred. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Great communication skills. You are a creative team player who can work individually but also as a part of the dynamic, international team. Preferably you have experience working in Agile/SAFe setup.
