    Hello,We have Great opportunity for ServiceNow ITSM Developer role.Exp 6yrs to 12yrsLocation PAN IndiaNotice period Immediate 30 daysJD as given below:ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform to tailor it to the projects specific needs. ITSM Implementation.Unit Testing: Ability to perform unit testing to ensure that configurations and developments are functioning correctly.Deployment: Experience in executing deployments to QA and PROD environments.Incident Management: Knowledge of setting up ServiceNow incident management based on Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) workflows.Major Incident Management: Skills in configuring major incident management candidate processes and defining trigger criteria.Problem Management: Expertise in implementing standard flows from creation to closure and configuring handshaking within ServiceNow Incident Management and Change Management modules.Change Management: Ability to set up change management based on OOTB workflows, enable risk assessment, and CAB review approval model based on risk.Request Fulfillment & Service Catalog: Proficiency in standardizing service fulfilment through standardized workflows and configuring requests as part of the service catalog for self-service.Reports & Dashboards: Experience in configuring ITSM reports and dashboards.
