Services Sales Specialist

As Services Sales Specialist, you will
1. Support Technical Account Manager in the preparation of sales strategy including analysing sales opportunities using internal data sources
2. Promote, follow up and analyse on sales opportunities based on customer information
3. Have regular meetings, phone calls/emails with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes, identify opportunities and align the strategy with the Account Managers
4. Analyse customer satisfaction of service delivery together with internal function and compare with our service level
5. Provide support in following areas: Maintenance, Installations, Issue Resolution, Selling Service, System Performance, TS Part of Key Account Plan, Service Contract Fulfilment, Mandatory Kits, KA Team Collaboration, Customer Management, Parts Supply Chain and Others
6. Follow up and Coordinate the maintenance events including confirming mainenance event and supporting MK deployment with customer
7. Support Technical Account Manager in preparation of service execution including preparing quotation, securing competence/resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
8. Service contract Coordination in the execution of service contract fulfillment
Who you are3 - 5 years of experience in sales/administrative/technical area with interactions with customers
University Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, /Administration/ Industrial Engineering
