The Role SharePoint installation, configuration, upgrades, patches for Dev, Test, User Acceptance, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments Custom code deployments (solution package deployment, features) and related configurations (Web applications, Site Collections, Content DBs, App Pools, DNS, IPs, etc.) Building Site hierarchies and site configurations based on given specifications Monitoring o SharePoint Web Front End/Query/Application/Index and Database Servers o Core SharePoint services and jobs Building development environments (Shared DEV environments and individual developer s workstations) and source code control systems (Team Foundation Server) Responsible for maintaining consistent configuration across various SharePoint Farms globally Build and maintain documentation in the areas of o Farm build and configuration o Backup and Restore o Code deployment procedures and configuration o Disaster Recovery o Upgrade, Patch installation Coordinate and assist the load testing initiatives working with load testers and development teams, responsible for providing the server performance metrics Manage the backups of SharePoint Farms (includes, all SharePoint components including Servers, Farm configuration, Databases, Web Applications, Site Collections, Lists, items etc.) Develop Management reporting on system outages and disaster recovery Resolve escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents Assist and train in-house resource in SharePoint Administrators including work instructions and best practices documentation. The candidate must have the ability to work independently as part of a global team while partnering with application owners, technical business units, data center services vendors and other diverse areas within IT in an ongoing basis. The Requirements BS/BA degree in a relevant Business or Information Technology area Experience in Microsoft 365 (SPO, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer), SharePoint (versions 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019), SQL (versions 2012, 2014, 2016), Windows Server 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Products Solid understanding of underlying hardware components (storage, networking, etc.) Excellent communications and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to make effective decisions under pressure Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and informationHere at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
