Basic Requirements Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Electronics/Computer Experience: More than 7 years in Web Design, Development, and project mgmt. Industry Type : Manufacturing or similar industry preferred Location: Pune4. Purpose of the Job :To focus on developing and managing O365/SharePoint Platform. As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will leverage your deep front end development knowledge and hands on experience to lead design, development and implementation, drive development best practices, provide thought leadership and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support. You will be working closely work with other team members to deliver high quality applications.5. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities: Provide full life cycle development for SharePoint and O365 applications to support multiple office locations within Schmersal Group. Create, modify, and customize SharePoint and O365 apps using MS Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, SPFX or any other appropriate tool. May supervise internal or external Software Developer/Associate Software Developer based on project need. Perform Project co- ordination activities and support unit testing, system testing and UAT testing activities. Manage SharePoint applications for Operational issues and user requests like site collection management, deployment, workflow management. Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, technical design and planning, story grooming and estimation, developing, documentation, testing, deployment, and support. Training and supporting the business users in their day-to-day involvement in SharePoint sites.6. Core Skills 8+ years of relevant experience in Object Oriented Programming, web Development Microsoft Technologies. Should have good knowledge and coding skills to reduce and eliminate security vulnerabilities. Conversant with Project Management methodologies like Agile. MUST have knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013-19. Should be able to write ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML, SOAP, Rest API, Web services and debug code Acquainted with SharePoint Skills :o Strong hands-on experience, working knowledge in SP(SharePoint) 2010/13 and SP Online development and architecture.o SP Administration tasks, PowerShell Commands, SharePoint Designer (10,13) and experience in building SPFX webparts and extensions. workflow, SharePoint Apps, PowerApps, Flows, etco Good knowledge in other O365 Products and tools.o must have experience in SharePoint migrations (on-Prim to Online)o Identify opportunities and recommend products and solutions to improve the security, reliability, and efficiency of our existing Office 365 SharePoint applications.7.
