Job Description

  • Receiving material & issuing of stores material
  • Physical stock taking of all materials lying inside & outside the stores
  • Preparation & Compliance of goods received note for materials
  • Compliance - Returnable gate pass
  • Stock transfer to be updated
  • Pulverizing of scrap
  • Rejected material in the stores to be sent back
  • Arranging of loaders / unloaders for items
  • Removal of obsolete inventory
  • Preparation of returnable & non-returnable Challan
  • Preparation of documents related to incoming raw material
  • Dispensing of colors, additives & preservatives, as per the requisition of the internal customer
  • Dispensing of raw material & packing material as per the requisition of the internal customers
  • Attend to Plant audit by customers
  • Adherence to Companys OH&S and EMS regulatory norms and compliance to the policies and practices.
  • Maintain FSMS & HACCP system.
  • Train staff & workers aware about FSMS & HACCP systems.
  • Maintain FIFO system for all the Raw materials & packing Materials of stores.
