Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forShift Supervisor- ( *Plastic Injection Moulding)

  • Candidate should have Excellent Knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Process in Industrial Plastics only.
  • Have Fluent English Communication (have to daily discussion with foreign partner in English)
  • Manpower Management on Shop Floor
  • Have to update daily/hourly Production Reports in System
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP System
  • Setting Parameters of Injection Moulding Machine as per the Part and Material
  • Handling Per Dryer, Chillier and MTC
  • Setting Moulding Cycle time, weight, colour and Asthetics.
  • Maintain 5S on Shop Floor
  • Have knowledge on OEE, TPM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke.
  • Analysis and Record of Machine Breakdown
