4+ Years of experience in oracle CRM Siebel & ERP Hands on experience working on Siebel configuration Must have experience in order management module of Seibel 8.x Understanding the business requirement and comparing it with the Siebel products suitability Siebel Configuration, e-scripting, workflow ability to understand Business Issues/ Business goals related to CRM Siebel comprehensive knowledge of Siebel functionalities includes configurations, scripting, workflows, etc. Specific soft skills customer Focus Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution. Good Understanding of Siebel architecture from a server/file strong standpoint Good understanding and experience with BI publisher administration. Preferably Siebel integration experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Experience with build automation/ optimization of Siebel administrative packages. Analysis problem Solving- Investigates issues and conducts root cause analysis and comes up with various options to solve the problem. Creatively Brings fresh insights to the team. Encourages the team to generate newer approaches. Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment and advanced troubleshooting. Provide high- quality, technical documentation for customers. Work directly with customers to provide technical expertise with Siebel applications and other technologies. Siebel EAI, Siebel Administrations, Siebel Architecture skill Provide technical expertise in Siebel and relevant technologies and continually expand in technical knowledge by working with customers. Set up Developers access to Siebel Tools, Coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel projects on development server and support Siebel development activities. Develop e-script and java script, designs/ configures integration objects, business services, workflows and VBCs. Assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing. Assist and provide guidance to systems admin during installation and configurations of Siebel servers. Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC,
