Job Description

    Job Description
    • Site Management:
      • Oversee daily operations on the site, including work schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
      • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
      • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
    • Personnel Supervision:
      • Supervise and coordinate the work of site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
      • Provide guidance and training to site personnel as needed.
      • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among site workers.
    • Resource Management:
      • Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient use and avoid delays.
      • Order and monitor the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
    • Compliance and Documentation:
      • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
      • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions.
      • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
    • Safety Management:
      • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on site.
      • Conduct safety briefings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
      • Report and investigate accidents or incidents, and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Coordination and Communication:
      • Act as the primary point of contact between the site and project management.
      • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
      • Coordinate with other site supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
