Job Description

The role of the Senior J2EE developer is to support malomatia in the development of Project application enhancements & support operations for Customs Clearance Application along with any other projects undertaken by malomatia Architect & develop solutions on SOA as per the project requirement Manage assigned development team Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:STRATEGIC Through understanding of Oracle SOA Experience using Agile-based methodologies within a software development function Must have strong understanding of object-oriented programming in an enterprise environment and demonstrate ability utilizing object-oriented techniques to produce correct, extendable, reusable and efficient solutions. Assist with formal analysis of user requirements with regard to new and existing systems, and to provide appropriate documentation. Ensure that developed software is robust, performant and meets the user`s functional requirements. Assist all staff in the preparation of complex searches and reports using the reporting tools and other techniques as appropriate. Assist with estimating the effort and timescales involved in the tasks that have been delegated to the team. Operate proactively within an environment of closely managed projects, providing regular task updates and supporting project management processes. To work along with other departments in the deployment of applications and the support & maintenance of systems.OPERATIONAL Perform program design, coding and Development Ensure all the defects are resolved within the stipulated SLAs. Undertake development work on new and existing applications. Perform unit and integration testing prior to handover to the Testing and Integration Team. Provide updated documentation for the changes done on the application source codePEOPLE MANAGEMENT Participate in the feasibility analysis for new modules and changes. Deliver project assignments on time with high quality. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or IT, preferably in English Oracle SOA Suite 12c Certified Implementation Specialist (Advantage)2. Experience: 8+ Years core Development experience in Java, JSF, Spring, (Hibernate or JPA), Web Services, XML, RichFaces Core experience in any of the ESB (Oracle ESB preferable), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPEL Ability to develop & configure web services for orchestration. Experience with OSB and BPEL service development - Web Services, JAVA, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, UDDI. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite technology adapters for integration solutions3. Behavioral Skills: Eye for details. Assertive and quality conscious. Clear and transparent communication.
