The candidate will be part of a SOC team which will monitor customer networks for security monitoring. The candidate s main role will be to monitor and manage the email Security Solution. He or she will be responsible for solving the day to day issues/ tickets/ requests which are raised by the customers and raise tickets for the logs which are generated by the devices.Responsibilities Checking and monitoring archive and audit logs Add/ Del/ Mod blocked and permitted senders and receivers list Add/ Del/ Mod Anti- spoofing and spoofing domain list Monitoring email notifications for new domains, Weekly & Monthly report preparation Advance analysis of email headers and envelopes of emails Add/ Mod/ Del policies Add/ Mod/ Del profile groups User portal login issues Mimecast add- in functionality issues TLS encrypted communication issues Creating and testing new policies as per Company requirement Dealing with Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Mimecast OEM support and ticket/ issue handling Creating and maintaining SOPs for ASEG operation IT Change requests for ASEG configuration and network communication issues (AD issues, DNS issues, Network issues) Qualifications BE/ MCA or University degree/ Equivalent Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT security industry Essential Skills Experience in troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook issues Deep understanding of internet fundamentals, network routing, email delivery, and security DNS fundamentals in relation to Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Tickets / Issue handling, follow- up, and closure Analysis and Investigation of issue based on tracking information Analysis of attachment through emails for prohibited file types as per policy Analysis of spam/ phishing/ spoofed/ blacklisted domains Email headers for investigation Issue escalation and follow- up with Administrator Monitoring Held, Rejected and bounce queues Monitoring inbound and outbound queues Additional Desired Skills Good communication skills Good analytical skills May need to work 24/ 7 operations in rotational shifts May require traveling to overseas/ onsite Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight ,
