If you would like some flexibility, then please discuss this with the hiring manager, and your request will be reviewed subject to business needsIntroduction:Demand and Change Management of deliveries across the Decisioning Platforms, Own the India delivery responsibility, Application Development, Monitoring and Delivery within the agreed parameters of Cost, Time and Scope, using the Barclays standard delivery lifecycle, transitioning the end product for Service Management and maintaining the quality throughout.What will you be doing 1. Manage multiple teams that deliver automated business strategies/rules in the form of monthly releases, Product upgrades and flagship projects across multiple business units (eg. Cards, Lending). 2. Build and Maintain the project delivery roadmap and ensure timely execution of the same with maximum of +/- 2% variance 3. Build out the assets and delivery capabilities that will enable delivery against the project s design principles tracked and managed by the delivery plan. 4. Manage Project Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies. 5. Manage delivery teams across multiple geographic locations and enable Agile delivery where applicable. 6. Foster team spirit among colleagues in various geographical locations, participating in and contributing to programme and technical discussions 7. Management of project finances. 8. Successful Transition of projects into BAU with appropriate treatment of residual risks. 9. Delivery of technical project/programme E2E work streams to meet project targets and KPIs.What we re looking for:Sound knowledge on technical and functional skills. Experience in end-to-end delivery support from requirement understanding to live proving activities. Good stakeholder management. Proactive in analysing the issues and helps support the team by providing technical expertise.Skills that will help you in the role:3 - 10 years of experience in IT industry with at least 2+ years of hands on experience working on SAS and high level understanding of any decision tools/systems. Should have extensive experience in SAS programing, SAS macros and some experience in SAS reporting. Should have sound knowledge of Banking domains like lending cards with exposure to areas like customer acquisition, ECM & collections. Should have experience in migration to/from SAS platform. Any experience/understanding on BRMS product will be an added advantage. Multi skilled individual with the direct/ hands-on ability to execute development / requirements elicitation. Previous relevant work experience in working in a team and collaborating with colleagues. Should be able to help leads with Sprint planning, Task allocation with team. E2E comprehensive understanding of software development cycle - waterfall and agile and be able to ensure rapid resource deployment on the chosen delivery method. Should have some experience on any mainstream programming language like Java, COBOL etc. BRMS tools, UNIX /AIX, PL/SQL Any experience around migrating BRMS tools from legacy infrastructure to Cloud. Good understanding of the various business processes that impact / influence customer journeys in a Bank, banking data landscape and data lineage. Sound knowledge on Credit Risk and Lending domain.,
