We are seeking a talented and energetic individual with strong work ethics, a natural problem- solver with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, a positive can do attitude and a passion for software development.Must Have Skills: At least 3 years of relevant experience with .NET framework and WinForm Development Experience with C#, VB.Net Experience with XML, Web Services, WCF, WPF Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server Sharp and smart, good troubleshooting skills Preferred Skills: Some formal education in Computer Science theory (BE/ Btech - Comp Sci, MCS, GDST from NCST, CDAC) Knowledge of AJAX Familiarity with tools like nUnit, nAnt, etc Professional Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Ability to work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and consistently meet project deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self- starter, and should be able to motivate the team Emtec is an equal opportunity employer,
