This role will be working with our Navibilling team in Pune.The Role:Software Development Manager role will be strong in project controlling and reporting and should have rich experience in resource management.Your role will be very self-driven in all aspects of the role and has a very high focus on continuous adjustments and optimizationsHow will you contribute Every day will be different and varied, though the one thing you can guarantee is that it will be fast paced and always challenging. On any given day you will be expected to undertake responsibilities including:
  • Facilitating the agile delivery process (Scrum master) and ensuring that the project implementation method is followed
  • Ensuring that the Hansen team is fully functional, productive and enabling a close cooperation across all roles and functions
  • Removing impediments and shielding the team from external interferences
  • Planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects
  • Delivery planning incl. releases, back-log conversion and QA process and QA assurance
  • Ensuring seamless transition to operations
  • Reporting and Escalating issues to the Steering Committee
  • Team and people management incl. performance reviews and salary meetings
Our Ideal Person:We are looking for a real super star, who has strong management background along with below key skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant management experience
  • Preferably 5+ years experience working in either USA or EU or minimum 5 years experience working for US or EU companies
  • Basic understanding of MS Dynamics NAV
  • Management experience of several relevant projects and has a certificate in both Project management and Scrum Master
  • PMP Certification, Agile / Scrum Certification will be preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methods, and the ability to apply these efficiently
  • Deep understanding of the commercial, financial, strategical and political aspects of managing projects
  • Excellent Communication skills
