Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - As an analyst at Rewards IT you will be working closely with Product & Business Team to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. Collaborate with Cross-functional tech. teams to callout integration dependencies and negotiate development plan Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Review the User Stories created by the Product managers in Azure board and make sure the acceptance scenarios are clearly defined and communicated for development Convert acceptance scenarios to functional and non-functional test cases Engage in user acceptance testing and prioritize and expedite P1 bugs Educate & enable campaign team to effectively run campaigns by using existing functionalities and rules Conduct daily systems KPI reporting to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Monitoring health and uptime of system manage scaleup and down as per requirement constantly monitoring ongoing campaigns from system system APIs and infrastructure Coordinating for data infrastructure MIS Analytics and KPI Reporting needs , * a) Qualifications BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / PG in technology from a reputed institute with 6-8 years of experience in tech solutions design development, implementation, Delivery management, TechOps and support management b) Work Experience Experience of 2 5 years (E03) Mandatory Skills (tasks may differ basis the below mentioned skill sets) Must have: 2+ years of proven experience in the capacity of Business or Product analyst, ideally from Payments or other customer facing high volume transacting ecosystem Very strong hands-on technical skills around full stack tech, architecture, middleware and hosting Infrastructure Very strong vendor partner management skills Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-speed, high-performance environment Ability to work on projects with rapidly evolving dynamics, and flexibility to readily adapt to changing business needs with a focus on generating results
