You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders. You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions. You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals. You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements. You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.All you need is.Years of experience - 4-6 years Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent Hands on experience required in Core Java, Springboot, Microservices. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory Strong hands-on working experience in Cloud technologies and Native services (AWS/Azure) Knowledge of basic networking n protocols Knowledge of cloud Security and related concepts (Azure / AWS) Knowledge of event-hub/kinesis is good to have Skills for developing, deploying & debugging cloud applications (Azure preferred) Skills in API usage, command line interface and SDKs for writing applications (Azure preferred) Knowledge of key features of Cloud Service Providers (Azure preferred) Understanding of application lifecycle management Ability to use continuous integration and distribution pipelines to deploy applications (Jenkins is preferred) Ability to code to implement essential security measures Skills in writing, correcting and debugging code modules Code writing skills for serverless applications Understanding in the use of containers in development processes. Good knowledge and hands-on of CI/CD , Jenkins pipeline Excellent Team player and can work in collaboration Excellent problem solving skills Knowledge of performance related tools Jmeter / Prometheus/ Loadrunner etcWhy you will love this job:You will be challenged to design and develop new software applications.
