You must be highly skilled and proficient in your area of expertise and contribute to our IT programs., highly experienced in designing & developing large Data Warehouse or Analytics applications have solid experience of Informatica (ETL & API), Oracle, Unix and Autosys (or similar) have previous experience using Test Automation, Continuous Build, Integration & Delivery tools have experience of designing analytical reporting solutions with Business Objects, Tableau or Power BI demonstratable experience of Oracle database and query performance tuning produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by SDLC knowledge of how to build scalable and high availability applications ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including technical and business stakeholders hands-on experience with agile projects including being part of a scrum team/scrum master (certification is desirable) able to design/develop software in iterative manner, including PoC to support business case preparation have good understanding of Cloud technologies have previous experience of using Big Data systems and/or Data Science for analytics (desirable) bachelor s/master s degree; or equivalent work experience with a focus in HR applications/solutions Informatica (ETL & system integration experience) Oracle and PLSQL (PostgreSQL and pgSQL) Knowledge of Non-SQL databases Unix Fundamentals Autosys or similar scheduling tools Experience using Test Automation, Continuous Build, Integration & Delivery tools (ex: GitHub, GitLab, TeamCity, Nexus, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, Terraform, Ansible) Secure coding practices (authorisation, authentication, permission provisioning tools, etc) Encryption and data transfer models (HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, TLS) Understanding of full stack (backend, frontend, network, OS, middleware, etc) On premise, SaaS and Cloud solutions (desirable) Design patterns and best practices, especially Data Warehouse relevant
